Think it not a strange thing that the creator of Heaven & Earth would give a vision to his creatures. Yahweh said He would make himself known in a vision and in a dream to his prophets (Num 12:6). Noah received a vision at the end of the age he was in. Moses received a vision on the top of Mount Sinai. John received a vision on the aisle of Patmos. Abraham, Daniel, Jeremiah, Isaiah, Ezekiel, and all of those that Yahweh chose. “Where there is no prophetic vision, a people perish (Prov 29:18)” In the year of 1931, Yahweh gave a divine vision and revelation to Henry C. Introduction to the Teaching

As stated above, in the year 1931, Dr. Kinley was given a divine vision and revelation of Yahweh’s purpose, pattern, and plan.
